CHEMISTRY studies matter

CHEMISTRY studies matter

Chemistry is the science that studies matter, characteristics, composition and its translorniimet. What is matter? Matter is anything that has mass and occupies space. The notion measure refers to the amount of matter present in the sample. Matter includes all animate and inanimate objects and creatures that can be seen (as plants, soil, and rocks) and items that can not be seen (as air and bacteria). Different forms of energy as heat, light and electricity are not considered material. However, chemists have to consider energy as well as matter, because nearly all the changes that matter undergoes include the release or absorption of energy. The field of chemistry is extremely broad and it touches every aspect of life. Rusty iron rods, baked cakes, diagnosis and treatment of heart attack aircraft jet engine, digestion of food, which all fall within the realm of chemistry. The key to understanding such diverse processes is understanding the fundamental nature of matter, the eila is now dealt.
